Here’s a simple recipe for a pimento cheese sandwich — Augusta style, via Golf.com — to get you prepped for The Masters:
Ingredients
Three cups shredded white cheddar cheese
Two cups shredded yellow sharp cheddar cheese
Four ounces of crumbled blue cheese
One cup of shredded Parmesan cheese
One (four-ounce) jar of sliced pimentos
One cup of light mayo
Two tablespoons of Dijon mustard
White bread (amount at your own discretion)
The final product
Once you have all your ingredients, blend all your non-bread items into a rich and smooth spread then spread it all over two slices of bread for a perfectly simple but delicious sandwich.
