The first 36 holes of the 2023 Wells Fargo Championship at Quail Hollow Club in Charlotte, North Carolina, are in the books and three players are tied atop the leaderboard.

Tyrrell Hatton, Nate Lashley and Wyndham Clark sit at 8 under. The cut came in at 1 under meaning everyone playing the weekend are only seven shots back. It’s anyone’s ball game.

Rory McIlroy, who’s the last player to win at Quail Hollow, made a par at the 18th hole Friday to make the cut on the number. Several big names including Jordan Spieth and Collin Morikawa, however, are heading home early.

Quail Hollow Club is a par-71 layout measuring 7,538 yards.
